The course assumes some experience with portrait painting in oil paint. After registering, you will be asked to send one or two recent images of your portraits. Based on this we will make a choice for admission.

Payment Conditions
Registration and payment for participation in the Portrait Painting by Ben Lustenhouwer workshop is as follows:
1. Register by filling in and sending the form, to which are added two images of your portraits.
2. After registration, you will be notified whether you have been admitted. If so, you will receive a confirmation of admission.
3. After you have received this, transfer 30% of the total amount (€234) stating your first and last name. Your registration is only final when the money has been credited to the given account.
4. When we have received your registration and deposit, we will send you a confirmation.
Transfer the remaining amount (70% = €546) no later than April 6, 2026.
After payment of the entire amount, you will receive a digital invoice.
*Conditions & Cancellation
- In case of cancellation, no refund can be made of the registration fee of 30% of the total amount.
- If you cancel before April 6, 2026 and you have paid the full amount, the amount will be refunded minus the registration fee of 30%.
- If you cancel after April 6, 2026, no refund can be made. (You could take out cancellation insurance for this. Ask your insurance agent about the possibilities).
- If the workshop cannot take place because the minimum number of participants is not reached or due to another unforeseen circumstance, the entire amount (including registration fee) will of course be refunded.
- Ben Lustenhouwer excludes all liability for any direct or indirect damage of any nature whatsoever resulting from participation in the workshop.
