When I started this blog I said I would write not only about portrait painting. Also about the village where we live. This afternoon a huge forest fire endangered our region. Six airplanes and two helicopters are still trying to extinguish the fire. The picture I took from our garden.
Beautiful photo! The smoke screened sun and sky look like a painting waiting to happen.
Unfortunately it was a dramatic forest fire.
But you are right it is a painting unborn.
